Choose from 18 models and install only the capacity your plant actually needs. The MDQ-500 platform features the largest drum used in multi-disc screw press technology – 20 inches in diameter and 8 feet long – with up to six drums integrated into one compact system.

With typical energy demand of approximately 380 kWh/MG, slow-speed self-cleaning operation and no high-pressure washing required, MDQ delivers reliable, economical dewatering with a significantly smaller installation footprint.

JD Roller Press

Built for the toughest sludge.

up to45% DS cake dryness, depending on sludge characteristics

Designed for high-mineral, abrasive, fibrous and high-FOG sludge, including material with up to 90% mineral content.

Self-cleaning rollers prevent clogging and operate without rinse water, while integrated flocculation simplifies the complete dewatering process. Durable AISI 304/316 stainless-steel construction and wear-resistant resin discs provide reliable operation with minimal wear. Nine models, up to 1,200 lb DS/h and 240 gpm, roller widths from 10 to 80 inches.
